Through renders and digital design decks, we offer a complete visualization of the proposed decor. This service is complimentary within our custom packages, ensuring a detailed and vivid representation of your envisioned outcome.

Our Process

Initial Consult

Connect with us across our various communication platforms to access our initial service offerings, pricing details, and portfolio documents.


Once you've reviewed this information, reach out to schedule an initial consultation. We accommodate meetings via email, phone calls, social media platforms, or Zoom to best suit your convenience.

During this consultation, you'll have the opportunity to share your vision, preferred package, budget considerations, thematic ideas, design suggestions, and logistical requirements. This dialogue ensures that we fully understand your needs and preferences right from the start.

Mood Board/Quotes

Based on the initial consult, a mood board that represents the general "feel/look" is shared. General idea is finalized, after which a tentative quote would be shared. We like to work within and around our clients price range, we want offer feasible options or design ideas to accommodate that, of course within reason. Translation of creative ideas is direct from designers mind to paper, it is up to the client to pick and choose the elements they require to ensure it meets their aesthetic, as well as budget requirements.

Design Process

We offer complementary design services for our larger packages, inclusive of a design deck with visual renders, color swatches. (small design deposit is requested to get started on this process, BUT is refundable towards event total). Client can decide to edit design as needed. Smaller packages can also opt in for our digital design services for an additional fee. For those opt out of the digital design services, expectations of the output is communicated via pictures of past work, color swatches, as well verbal communication to make sure it is executed according to expectation.


After finalizing designs, an initial deposit secures your chosen design and event date/time slot with us. A week before the event, we follow up to confirm logistics such as setup/cleanup details, event address, and timing information to ensure a seamless execution of your event.
